It's very nice how Jamf Setup Checklist allows admins to put a script in the configuration profile. I think this is also a great approach for Jamf Setup Manager, to make it possible to run scripts without the need of deploying them locally. Mostly for Jamf School users, as Jamf Pro users can trigger a policy as well.
