Dependabot updated only six lock files, so every project carrying Polly as CentralTransitive failed restore with NU1004. Regenerated with --force-evaluate across the slnx and the twelve out-of-slnx projects; the SDK-implicit ILLink.Tasks (UI.Maui) and App.Internal.Assets (Gallery) blocks are kept at the CI SDK's 10.0.12. MapCommonServiceWorker serves /service-worker.js at the site root (anonymous, no-cache, stamped with the package version). The worker handles GET navigations only, network first with navigation preload, and falls back to _content/MMCA.Common.UI.Web/offline.html; it never caches a page or a response, because server-rendered pages carry the signed-in user's data. pwa-register.js registers it after load. Pwa:ServiceWorker:Enabled=false serves a retired worker with no fetch handler (the kill switch). The Gallery maps the worker and loads the register script, so the whole E2E suite runs with it installed; ServiceWorkerE2ETests pins registration at the root on every engine and the offline page on Chromium. v1.264.0 release PR. Carries the Dependabot minor-and-patch group, the installable-web-app (PWA) support for Blazor Web hosts, and the release stamp. Not breaking: a host that maps nothing changes nothing.

app.MapCommonServiceWorker()serves/service-worker.jsat the site root: anonymous,Cache-Control: no-cache, stamped with the package version so each release updates it._content/MMCA.Common.UI.Web/offline.htmlwhen the network fails.
