Going to keep a tally of these in one list (instead of a bunch of issues) as I integrate this:

• hitting enter on login form on web does not submit form

• hitting enter / tab on mobile does not progress through / submit form ?

• unknown how account merge is handled if e.g. email is authenticated, the user authenticates a different facebook email, then attempts to login to email account and link facebook account
