BM: add Linux ACPI MRRM and ERDT validation - #596

Add an RDT testcase to validate support for the MRRM and ERDT ACPI tables in the running Linux kernel. The test verifies table signatures, revisions, lengths, checksums and subtable boundaries through the kernel ACPI sysfs interface. It also checks the memory range attributes exported by the Linux MRRM parser and scans the kernel log for MRRM or ERDT initialization errors.
