Add: support explicit predecessors on HBG Graph invocations - #2869
A producer may need to order a reusable Graph invocation without a boundary-tensor hazard. Graph submission previously rejected set_dependencies(...), even though each invocation already owns an outer task and completion id.
Append invocation predecessors to the outer task through shared fan-in validation and deduplication. Keep them out of recorded Definitions, formal boundary arguments and cache identity, so cold recording, in-flight reuse and cached replay can use different predecessors. The existing outer TaskId completes the whole Graph.
Reject a predecessor equal to the newly claimed consumer id, including cold, in-flight and cached Graph submission; otherwise a forged self edge can deadlock scheduling. Close dependency capture on validation failure. Recorded-internal TaskIds remain local. No runtime ABI, queue/TensorMap capacity or SDMA workspace changes are included.
Validation at 9643297d7, based on main 2a298d1eb:
Own editable A2/A3 runtime build and all applicable pre-commit checks pass.
All 19 selected A2/A3 and A5 native Graph/submit-poison test binaries pass.
The fake Graph admission backend returns a valid outer TaskId, and the explicit-dependency test verifies that admission preserves it.
New self-dependency regressions fail before the fix on both architectures and pass afterward; future-id rejection and invocation-specific dependency coverage pass.
Both previously isolated hardware cases pass again on device 9 under task_20261104_184121_124518722973. This does not establish that the full hardware sweep passes; its earlier CI root cause remains unestablished.
Companion frontend: hw-native-sys/pypto#3277 (Draft). Runtime support should land before its final runtime pin enables the feature. Coordinate Graph API work with #2635; #2862 capture/replay is separate.
Graph submissions now accept invocation-level explicit predecessors for the outer Graph task. The predecessors are applied during recording and reuse, but do not become part of the recorded Definition. Shared fanin processing validates and appends explicit predecessors.

Summary
Pass explicit predecessors to Graph shells src/common/host_build_graph/host/orchestration/orchestration_api.h, src/common/host_build_graph/host/graph_submit.cpp, src/common/host_build_graph/host/orchestrator_internal.h, src/common/host_build_graph/host/orchestrator.cpp
Graph submission accepts explicit predecessors and passes them to the outer task. Shared fanin processing validates predecessor IDs, records captured edges, and appends fanins.
Test and document invocation-scoped ordering src/common/host_build_graph/docs/GRAPH_EXECUTION.md, tests/ut/cpp/common/host_build_graph/test_hbg_graph_async_submit.cpp, tests/ut/cpp/common/host_build_graph/test_hbg_graph_recording_bounds.cpp
Tests check predecessor handling during cold recording, in-flight reuse, and cached reuse. They verify that invocation predecessors do not enter the recorded Definition. Documentation describes the supported boundary and internal-edge behavior.

A Graph invocation can hang indefinitely if its explicit predecessor names its own outer task. Reject that input before merging; the returned-ID test improvement is optional.

A rabbit checks the task queue, Then sends a predecessor through. The shell keeps order, clean and bright, While Definitions stay in sight. Cold or cached, the links hold true, And every Graph knows what to do.
Assert the returned outer task_id on the admission path.
The admission test checks has_error, the forwarded predecessors, and the recorded body. It does not check result.task_id. fake_graph_begin never sets task_id, so the fake returns TaskId::invalid(). rt_submit_graph_impl returns the rt_graph_begin result unchanged on this path. A change that drops the ID in the wrapper would still pass the test.
Set a valid ID in the fake, then assert it in this test.

Attach invocation predecessors to the outer Graph shell through shared
fanin validation and deduplication. Keep dependencies out of recorded
Definitions, formal parameters and cache identity while retaining the
outer TaskId as whole-Graph completion. Reject self predecessors after
slot claim on cold, in-flight and cached submissions; close dependency
capture when predecessor validation fails. Cover independent invocation
edges, recorder handoff and invalid self/future predecessors on A3/A5.
@poursoul Requested your review: this appends invocation predecessors to the Graph outer task in graph_submit.cpp/orchestrator.cpp, keeping them out of recorded Definitions, boundary arguments and cache identity. 20 pass / 2 skip at head 9643297d. Please check ordering/deduplication and the cold-recording vs in-flight-reuse vs cached-replay split.
