This PR adds a local browser view for understanding a repository at a glance.
It shows changed files, code connections, Git activity, recent commits, and a simple previous-vs-now summary for each changed file.
I built this because AI-assisted coding can create many changes quickly, and it can be hard to understand what changed by checking files one by one. This gives a visual overview first.
