Closing proactively: stale base (450 commits behind main) — the clobber class JJ's agent is repairing; merging would silently revert newer fixes on shared files. The branch is preserved; the work re-lands fresh off current main (#1465 slice doctrine) if still wanted. The fleet-boundary ADR's territory (#793) is meanwhile covered live by amicissimo PR #475 + the entitlement architecture in amicissimo #476. |

The Go-Standalone flow no longer parks the window on a failed spawn: the fleet attach poll stops only after the local server reports healthy; a failed spawn restores polling and re-offers with per-window backoff (30s base, 5-min ceiling, resets on successful attach); the known
