BUG: Share action defaults to public link rather than local download #481

Description

@boyarnaito

Summary

Clicking the three-dot overflow menu at the top right of a chat and selecting
"Share" presents a public-link-sharing flow as the primary (and apparently
default) action. The expected default for sharing a chat should be a local
download — exporting the conversation as a text file — with public link creation
as an opt-in secondary action, if offered at all.

Context

  • Extension: harmoniqs.amicode 0.2.2 (linux-x64)
  • OS: Linux 6.18.33.2-microsoft-standard-WSL2 x86_64
  • Engine: harmoniqs/opencode v1.18.10-amicode.11
  • No active run at the time of the report.

Expected vs actual

Expected: The "Share" item in the chat overflow menu triggers a local
download of the conversation (e.g., a .txt or .md file), with any
public-link generation requiring an explicit additional step or confirmation.

Actual: The action proceeds directly toward making the chat publicly
accessible without a download-first default. The user is not offered a local
download as the primary action.

Diagnostics
  • No active run; no platform/tier context applicable.
  • No log tail.

Fixed by #541 — Share now defaults to local download (markdown export) with Publish as opt-in secondary. Closing per author request; #541 will auto-close this on merge.
