Ship the autoresearch director protocol as public skill content (the #390 content half) #466

Problem — The autoresearch director protocol (session ledgers, the hypothesizer/experimenter/analyzer trio, deliberate spec gates, checkout registry, compaction-any-time safety) has been running the studio all week — but only as staged server plumbing + a team-vault canonical copy (armonissima #58). Public content's canonical home is the product repo (packages/extension/skills/, surface: public per package_skills.ts); the protocol is the spine of the open-source autoresearch positioning and ships to users, not just to this install.

Approach — Ship skills/autoresearch/SKILL.md in the in-repo public library with surface: public, engine-neutral, personal-vault paths genericized (the armonissima copy retires in favor of this canonical). The stage-internal-skills comment already names this pattern: content is homed when its issue arc arrives — #369 is closed, #390 is unblocked, and this is #390's content half.

Scope — in: the one skill file (public-adapted from armonissima #58) · out: the agent-card shipping machinery (extension prep emitting .opencode/agents/ — that is #390's own AC "role subagent registration"), the mode switch itself (#390), pack folding (WS2).
