BUG: Links in chat panel do not open #270

Summary

Links rendered in the Amicode chat panel are not clickable — clicking a link does nothing,
and the expected behaviour (opening the URL in the default browser or a VS Code browser tab)
does not occur.

• Extension: harmoniqs.amicode v0.2.1
• OS: Darwin 25.5.0 arm64 (macOS)
• Engine: harmoniqs/opencode vendored at v1.18.10-amicode.4 (upstream base v1.18.10)
• No active solve run at time of report

Expected vs actual

Expected: Clicking a link in a chat message opens the linked URL (browser or VS Code webview).
Actual: Clicking a link in a chat message has no effect; the link does not open.
