fix(app): make the merged arc branch typecheck-green (CI parity with #1351) — 95 overlay-file errors, 72 in the forked message-timeline #1457
Description
After merging origin/main into fix/cold-lineage-flash (the switch-latency arc + JJ's never-blank evolution), tsgo reports 120 errors in the materialized v1.18.x base: 95 in overlay-tracked files (real, would fail the #1351 CI), 25 base-drift (pre-existing in the old base; JJ's newer base fixed equivalents).
Biggest: 72 in packages/app/src/pages/session/message-timeline.tsx (the arc's whole-file fork), then prompt-input-v2 (5), session.tsx (4), session-context-metrics (3), directory-sync (2), server-sdk (2), attachments (2), + 5 singles.
Note: the arc only ever ran vite build (no typecheck) — the typecheck CI landed after the fork point, so these were latent the whole time.
Fix scope: type-level only — no runtime behavior changes; verify with bun run typecheck in packages/app + bun run build + the e2e fleet suite.

Closing as superseded in the 0.4.0 backlog sweep (2026-10-29), checked against lane/0.4.0.\n\nEvidence: Branch-specific typecheck debt on the arc PR #1360, which closed unmerged; #1465 recovered without it (#1472)\n\nReopen if this is wrong.
