[#1269] Cross-scheme editor-URI carry across the posture switch #1278
Problem — A window reopen changes the file scheme (vscode-remote://… under Remote-SSH ↔ amico-host:// under the lifeboat), so open editors don't carry — the user loses their place across a switch. Approach — Translate open host-file editor URIs across the switch by logical path (same host path, different scheme) and reopen them; where an editor cannot be carried, report it honestly rather than dropping it silently. Scope — in: the URI translation + reopen on switch; the honest not-carried report. · out: the switch triggers themselves (S3/S4).
Acceptance Criteria
On a posture switch, open host-file editors reopen at the same logical path under the target scheme.
An editor that cannot be carried is reported to the user, not silently dropped.
Non-host (local scratch) editors are unaffected by the carry.
Testing Decisions
New tests for the URI translation map (vscode-remote ↔ amico-host, same path) and the not-carried report. New surface.
Key Decisions
Carry by logical path across schemes; honesty over silent loss.
