Add scripting/config #2

I want the tool to be able to automatically run user provided code when an event is triggered (start, stop, continue, etc.).

Two solutions come to mind:

1. Config File
   Read a config file that defines an executable and a format for the arguments. The tool than starts the executable when the given event occurs.

2. Script Engine
   Embed a script engine and allow the user to add custom scripts.
