* Replace `pytype_extensions.assert_type` with `typing_extensions.assert_type` in tests and drop `pytype` from the `testing` extra, as `pytype` does not provide wheels past Python 3.12.
* Gate `seqio` and `tfds_nightly` in `setup.py` with PEP 508 markers (`python_version < "3.13" and sys_platform != "darwin"`), since `tensorflow-text` is not available on Python 3.13+.
* Use `setuptools.find_namespace_packages(include=['fiddle', 'fiddle.*'], exclude=['*.testdata'])` and `package_data={'': ['testdata/*']}` in `setup.py` so subpackages without `__init__.py` (`fiddle.debug`, `fiddle._src.debug`, `fiddle._src.extensions.test_modules`) and `testdata/*` files are included in built wheels and sdists.
* Update `python_requires` to `>=3.11`, add Python 3.11–3.14 classifiers in `setup.py`, and expand the GitHub Actions test matrix in `.github/workflows/testing.yaml` to cover Python 3.11–3.14 (including building and testing the installed wheel on Python 3.14).
