Attach the agent to the user's signed-in Chrome with a trusted mkcert certificate, so it can QA the real product instead of reporting that browser verification was blocked.

Adds a skill that attaches an agent's browser to the user's own signed-in Chrome, with a trusted mkcert certificate, so it can QA and screenshot a local Sentry dev server. Without it, agents launch a throwaway browser, hit the self-signed certificate or a login wall, and report that browser verification was blocked.
