Description
Task
Deposit submission artifact to Zenodo and draft GF16 paper.
Requirements
- Create Zenodo record for Trinity Parameter Golf submission
- Upload candidate.bin + training logs + config
- Draft GF16 quantization paper (2-3 pages):
- Method: 4-bit GF16 (1 sign + 5 exp + 10 mant)
- Results: BPB < 1.15, size 2.70MB (vs FP32 10.8MB)
- Trinity 3ᵏ architecture context
- nca_jepa_ntp_v2 pipeline
- Get DOI before deadline
Acceptance
- Zenodo DOI issued
- Paper draft in `trinity/docs/gf16_paper.md`
- Public link accessible

Paper draft (docs/gf16_paper.md) and Zenodo deposit metadata (docs/zenodo_gf16_deposit.json) completed in PRs #548 and #556 (merged). Actual Zenodo upload pending binary artifact from #533.
