GF16+ (GoldenFloat16+) is now in the paper:
§4.8 "GF16+: GoldenFloat16+" with:
- Format specification (GF16 storage + FP32 Quire + stochastic)

…e count + LUT harness + final Russian cleanup Paper integrity fixes (verified against paper.tex primary source): - G1: central '505=505' claim was mislabeled. paper.tex:863 lists plain GF16 MUL=587; the 505-LUT datapoint is GF16+(Quire) (:864). Fixed 4 locations (abstract, :884, Observation :892, conclusion :1297) to read 'takum16(505) == GF16+(Quire)(505); plain GF16 MUL=587'. - A1: robustness caption (:971) said 'GF14 and above pass all four' while the GF14 row shows 0/4 -> 'GF16 and above pass; GF14 boundary case (0/4 vs 7/7 hold-out)'. - A2: README decode-HW ~47/83 -> 41/83 (matches paper.tex + catalog). - G2: COMPLETE_LUT_TABLE reconciling note (1.55 full-range vs 1.63 restricted W<=24 fit). - COMPETITIVE_ANALYSIS caveat #5. scripts/lut_measure.sh: param-pinning LUT harness (pins explicit E/M per format, two flows +-flatten) to make 485/587/505 reproducible and fill W=48..128 MUL gap. Research note in PAPER_INTEGRITY_ISSUES.md section G. Final Russian->English cleanup: language.md, report_template.md, tech-tree/SKILL, board-sync/SKILL (were EN->RU reference tables -> English-only), agent_log i18n refs, CLAUDE.md + git-workflow commit policy -> English-only.
