Summary

Publishes specs/automation/reddit-desk.t27, the spec of record for the 999 Reddit desk, at the path its own header names. The file is byte-identical to apps/vibee-editor/render/src/spec/reddit-desk.t27 on gHashTag/999-multibots-telegraf main (merged there in PR #3820, merge c582c1faa), checked with cmp against the bytes fetched from the GitHub API after the commit.

The rules it states (after Reddit banned r/t27ai, #5916):

  • a community is closed when Reddit's own answer says banned, private, quarantined, not found or restricted; an indefinite read is unknown, and unknown never skips;
  • a closed community is skipped for SKIP_MS (30 days), then tried again;
  • the skip lives in its own row; the owner's list is never rewritten;
  • the owner is told once per new skip;
  • the desk never creates a community and never posts without the owner's yes.

Gates run locally

  • t27c test-report specs/automation/reddit-desk.t27: 6 tests, 6 pass, 0 FAIL (zig present). Two tests report 0 runtime asserts (VACUOUS): they assert constants only (!CREATES_SUBREDDIT, ASK_NEEDS_YES, DEFAULT_SUBREDDITS == 6). Left as is so the two copies stay byte-identical.
  • t27c seal --verify: all hashes MATCH
  • git -c core.hooksPath=.githooks commit: tri hooks pre-commit PASSED, L1 issue reference PASSED

Publishes the spec of record for the 999 Reddit desk, byte-identical to

(merged in 999 PR #3820). A community Reddit closed is skipped for 30 days
and the desk moves on in the same round; unknown never skips; the owner's
list is never rewritten. 6 tests pass under t27c test-report; sealed.

Census re-blessed (tools/census/quiet.txt), moved by master, not by this
change: "named a path but not quiet" 167->181, "a tracked path, present"
10->12, "no path ANYWHERE in the step" 9->7. `tri census explain` puts
each of the 234 files changed since the pin (9c59565) back alone and none
moves it; the remainder is the census code on master and the workflows it
reads. This change adds no workflow.
