Convert 3 Zig functions to .t27:
- pub fn rgb(r: u8, g: u8, b: u8) Color {} → fn Color_rgb
- pub fn toHex(color: Color) [7]u8 {} → fn Color_toHex
- fn intToHex(v: u8) u8 {} → fn intToHex
Add 5 comprehensive tests covering:
- Color_rgb creation and edge cases
- Color_toHex hex conversion for red, green colors
- intToHex digit conversion (0-15)
Generated code compiles and all tests pass.
Closes #5208
