VERSION 2 of specs/automation/mail-push.t27:

• card carries the matter's jcrm context from an exported digest; stale (26h+) digest is refused, not shown
• draft composed with the matter's recent history, still no tools, letter still fenced data
• every settle (Allow/Deny/expiry/foreign tap) written to mail_push_outcomes for jcrm to read
• Sent folder watched: our tap-sends known by their own ids; manual replies recorded and paired with the offered draft (mail_push_feedback)
• identity = enumeration message_id (search index 12 days stale, measured)
• daily heartbeat (mail_push_pulse, 09:17) alarms after 6 missed ticks
• RUN_LIVE comment updated to the measured truth: cron live since 2026-09-29 10:30, no letter carded yet

Host side lands in 999-multibots-telegraf; jcrm side (export + contact) in job-search.
