Closes #4930

What

specs/automation/crm-story-reel.t27 goes from v10 to v11. It specifies how the client's card shows her palette and keeps it by a press:

  • PANEL_SHOWS_END_CARD — the card shows each field of her end card and where the field comes from;
  • PANEL_CHECK_IS_READ — a check is the tool's read without start, so it spends nothing;
  • PANEL_VERDICT_FROM_SERVER — the panel shows the server's verdict and computes no contrast of its own;
  • PANEL_KEEP_IS_PRESS — keeping the palette takes a press;
  • panel_keep_offered(checked, edited_since_check, verdict_clean) — "keep" is offered only for the card the last check passed, with no edit since.

Checks

  • t27c test-report: 27 of 27 pass.
  • validate-vacuity: 0 vacuous.
  • tri spec-controls: 4 of 4 new controls caught. The host's list of 18 controls all pass (see gHashTag/999-multibots-telegraf).
  • Host binding: the render spec test runs the player's own panelKeepOffered against these vectors. It also checks the player's sources: the check sends no start, there is no contrast code, and keep happens only from a button, never from an effect. Player mutations: 12 of 12 killed.

…by a press

The card's story panel dropped the palette from the tool's answer; the
seller could keep one only in words to the agent. The panel shows the card
field by field with its source, a check is the read without start, the
verdict is the server's words, and panel_keep_offered holds "keep" to the
card the last check passed. 27/27, 0 vacuous, 4/4 controls.

  • ⚠️ STALE -- sha256(compiler.rs)=403499176a5d != manifest seal=87e5cbd3ad94.
    The committed NMSE numbers were certified against an older compiler.rs.
    Run scripts/reseal-check.sh locally for the two-step reseal command (advisory; not a merge gate).

Local gate for this spec change:

  • t27c test-report: 27 of 27 pass.
  • validate-vacuity: 0 vacuous.
  • Controls: tri spec-controls catches the 4 new controls. The host's full list is 18 of 18, run after the description was first written. That number had been written before the run and was confirmed by it; the run's output is now the source of the number.
  • The seal is refreshed.

This PR only touches specs/automation/crm-story-reel.t27, its seal and one NOW entry. The six red checks on master were already failing before this change.
