Одна карточка на всю систему: четыре слоя (contracts / control / edge / evidence), 14 подсистем и 5 спутников, обязательные поля cron-карточек (TZ, JITTER_S, OVERLAP, CATCHUP), событийный HITL с per-tool NEEDS_APPROVAL, бюджеты Bee, правила секретов, замеры медиа-сервисов [измерено 2026-09-13], метрика pass^k, границы владельца. Все числа — либо выбранные лимиты, либо замеры/чтение реестра с датой; кремний не заявлен. Запись docs/now добавлена.
