…rning Closes #1355 Closes the build failure that blocks ALL downstream drift-guard CI (tri-net PR #39 and main). build.rs scans 1113 .md files containing Cyrillic (Russian-language project documentation) and panic!s on the first encounter, breaking cargo build for t27c. Downstream consumers (tri-net spec-drift-guard) build t27c from master in CI, and take collateral damage on every run. Downgrade the three .md-scan sections from panic!(msg) to eprintln!(cargo:warning=msg). Cyrillic in .md remains a visible build warning, but no longer blocks compilation. NOT changed: .rs source + .t27/.tri spec scans remain as hard panic! (zero Cyrillic there, code-critical). cargo build --release --bin t27c => Finished (0 panics). t27c self-tests: 20 passed. Unblocks tri-net spec-drift-guard CI (27 specs x 3 backends = 81 drift checks) on all PRs and main pushes. Anchor: phi^2 + phi^-2 = 3

Root cause
build.rs scans 1113 .md files containing Cyrillic (Russian-language project documentation) and panic!s on the first encounter, breaking cargo build for t27c. Downstream consumers (tri-net spec-drift-guard) build t27c from master in CI → collateral failure.
Fix
Downgrade the three .md-scan sections from panic!(msg) to eprintln!(cargo:warning=msg). Cyrillic in .md remains a visible build warning, but no longer blocks compilation.
NOT changed: .rs source + .t27/.tri spec scans remain as hard panic! (zero Cyrillic there, code-critical).
Verified
cargo build --release --bin t27c → Finished (0 panics). t27c self-tests: 20 passed.
