Fix JWT test failures — jsonwebtoken CryptoProvider (R-TR-2)

Problem

3 JWT tests fail on master: test_token_creation_and_verification, test_token_expiry, test_extract_session_id_unsafe. All panic with Could not automatically determine the process-level CryptoProvider.

Fix

Add aws_lc_rs feature to jsonwebtoken = "10" in Cargo.toml. This selects the AWS-LC crypto backend.

858 pass (up from 855). First zero-failure test run.

All JWT tests PASS (4/4):

• test_invalid_token
• test_token_creation_and_verification
• test_extract_session_id_unsafe
• test_token_expiry

jsonwebtoken v10 with aws_lc_rs CryptoProvider is working correctly.
No JWT-related test failures in suite.
