Description
Ring 087 - Ternary Hash Table Operations Specification
Implement key-value storage with open addressing for ternary data:
- ht_init: Initialize empty hash table
- ht_insert: Insert or update key-value pair
- ht_get: Retrieve value by key
- ht_has_key: Check key existence
- ht_delete: Remove key from table
- ht_size/clear/is_empty/full: Table operations
Collision resolution: Linear probing with deleted marker
Test coverage: 8 tests, 5 invariants, 5 benchmarks
