tdk-example has Dependabot and workflows but no .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE. Reports of a failing tdk up are hard to act on without the stack name and the TDK version.

To do

  • Add a YAML issue form asking for tdk --version, the stack name, and the command output.

Done when: "New issue" shows the form.
