There is no .github/pull_request_template.md, so PRs start with an empty description.

To do

  • Add .github/pull_request_template.md with sections for: what changed, why, how it was tested (paste the command and result), and linked issue.

Done when: a new PR on this repo opens with the template filled in as a checklist.
