Eliminate use of wasm-toolchain to compile fixpoint (use wasi-sdk instead) #87
Strawman: what if we pulled flatware and the rest of the applications directory into a separate repo? Then Fixpoint itself wouldn't depend on any WebAssembly toolchain (minus wat2wasm for integration tests, maybe).
Hmm, I'd love to have tests in Fixpoint that exercise the applications & Flatware (and it would be nice to be able to push simultaneous changes to the applications at the same time as the underlying Fixpoint -- separate repos seem a bit annoying without more tooling to manage them).
What if we turn off building applications in the default CMake target, but still have a non-default target that builds them (and use it in CI)?
