Solved generic parameter of list "forgotten" in VSCode Extension

Describe the Bug

A known/solved generic parameter of a list is being inferred as T when iterating over the list.

The generic type of class browse_record_list(list[ListT]) has been solved correctly to be BrowseRecord in this screenshot.

However the information is lost on iteration:

If I reload the project, the issue is corrected. I'm only able to reproduce this by leaving the workspace running for some period of time.

Marking as both a type checking and language server bug.

It might be related to #842, which I've been working on fixing, but #842 wouldn't explain inconsistency, that's strange and I don't know what would cause it (other than nondeterminism - which does exist in Pyrefly but typically only with complex import graphs, I wouldn't expect the language server to display any trivial nondeterminism)

We may have to keep any eye on this one once the fix for #842 lands; I'm also hoping to eliminate known sources of nondeterminism in the next couple of months

#842 has been fixed, and there's no nondeterminism left that we know about, so I'm going to close this issue. @breid48 please let us know if you hit it again.
