Add option to omit phone/waid from sendContact vCard #2748

Related to #24, which made wuid auto-derive from phoneNumber when sending a contact via /message/sendContact. Since then, item1.TEL;waid={wuid}:{phoneNumber} is always included in the generated vCard — there's no way to share a "name only" contact without exposing/confirming a WhatsApp number tied to it.

Suggestion: add an option in the sendContact payload (e.g. includePhone: false) to skip the waid= TEL line, or support a vCard with just fullName and no phone/wuid resolution.

Confirmed this is enforced server-side with a direct test against /message/sendContact/{instance}, bypassing our own integration code entirely — the vCard returned still had waid= auto-populated from the phone number sent in the payload.
