Encaminhar uma mensagem de imagem fora do chatwoot para um número conectado.
What did you expect?
Esperava que a imagem aparecesse no chatwoot
What did you observe instead of what you expected?
Aleatoriamente ela não aparece, vejo um erro no log e aparece depois de um tempo a string no chatwoot, aparentemente após ele desistir de obter a imagem

Este problema esta acontecendo também com arquivos e outros, e não somente no chatwoot, é o getBase64FromMediaMessage que está bugado e não decodifica em alguns casos

Eu suspeito que possa ser um problema de rede, porque está muito aleatório. Com esse ajuste que fiz eu vi que está dando um erro de timeout ao tentar baixar. Então eu troquei meu proxy aqui e por ora parece que está ok, mas talvez alguém mais experiente possa dar uma revisada.
