GetGasPrice handled Bellatrix, Deneb, Electra and Fulu but not Capella, so every EIP-1559 transaction in a Capella block returned an unknown block version error. That error propagates up through processSlot and processEpoch and is retried indefinitely, so the iterator location never advances and execution transaction backfill halts permanently at the first Capella epoch, leaving no rows for the entire pre-Deneb range. Capella exposes the same little-endian BaseFeePerGasLE layout as Bellatrix, so add the matching switch arm and cover it with a test.

Tests: adds coverage for Capella gas price derivation across the EIP-1559 base-fee-plus-tip case, the max-fee-per-gas clamp, and the legacy transaction path.
