Proposal: Home Webpage

Brief Overview

Currently, our home web-page lacks modularity. This issue is the first part to a much larger task at hand.

This task is the entry point to refactoring the atlas-docs website. We need to refactor the home web page to support for component-based UI layouts. This way we can re-arrange or re-design some of the layout of the webpage as the game engine evolves.

Primary Goal

The goal behind these major changes is to rework the home webpage to allow for customizability between the components in the UI layout.

Hi @SpinnerX! Excited to contribute to refactoring the project and improve development experience.

I'm currently working on migrating the automation scripts that build the HTML for the source code documentation to Vite, a modern build system for the web. Vite has a great tooling ecosystem for Web development, it's very configurable.

The other nice thing about Vite is that it's well integrated with VueJS which has an excellent UI component system. As of writing, I'm planning on converting the source code of the web pages that weren't automatically generated by Doxygen to HTML pages.
