How to use this module for DSC class-based resource development

We should add documentation how to use this module for DSC class-based resource development. We should add easy examples that explains all aspects of the functionality, and gotchas that is known.

We should add markdown files to the folder source/WikiSource so the documentation is source controlled and is deployed automatically for each release.
