The package update left three classes of breakage that failed every CI gate on PR #779: - Analyzer include paths still pointed at the previous package versions (Meziantou.Analyzer 3.0.194 in 16 projects, MSTest.Analyzers 4.3.3 in two test projects) while packages.config and the .props imports had moved on. - TaskMaster.csproj lost the Compile item for AppGlobals\AppOlObjects.ArchiveRoot.cs, producing CS0103 in AppOlObjects. - 33 app.config / packages.config files were rewritten without CSharpier's attribute wrapping and failed the format check. Align the analyzer paths with packages.config, restore the dropped Compile item, and re-run csharpier format over the tree.
