Re-confirmed on 2026-08-08 during orchestration of #438; still present and unfixed.

    Current state on bug/quickfiler-search-keystroke-focus-steal-438:

    304: <Compile Include="OutlookObjects\Folder\PercentageFormatterTests.cs" />
    356: <Compile Include="OutlookObjects\Folder\PercentageFormatterTests.cs" />

Also verified present at merge-base 003c5715 (lines 302 and 354 there), so it is not introduced by that branch.

One addition to the original report: a latent risk worth noting is that the repository's type-check stage runs with /p:TreatWarningsAsErrors=true. CS2002 is currently tolerated, but any future change that promotes it to error severity would break that protected gate.

Suggested guard alongside the fix: a check that fails when any .csproj lists the same Include path more than once. Legacy non-SDK projects enumerate every file explicitly, so this class of duplicate recurs whenever two edits or a merge both add the same entry.
