   We ended up with separate runtime packs (due to issues with a single runtime pack manifest containing multiple files with the same name in different subdirectories)

   Selectable using MonoWasmBuildVariant=perftrace or MonoWasmBuildVariant=multithread in #71054 which also publishes them
