Add System.Collections.Concurrent.ConcurrentHashSet<T> #133985

Open

Description

@DanSamek

Background and motivation

Basically reopening issue #39919.

I'm pretty sure that even a simple wrapper around ConcurrentDictionary<T, byte> would be useful. There must be many codebases out there that either implement their own ConcurrentHashSet<T> or use ConcurrentDictionary<T, byte> as a workaround.

    I don't believe much has changed since the original decision closing #39919 (comment) was made. Adding a new collection type isn't free -- both from a design and a maintenance perspective -- and frankly this doesn't seem to meet the bar given such an obvious workaround is already available.
