Fix Javadoc parsing issues introduced with API 33 #1071
Description
There was a recent effort to resolve errors and exceptions that would occur when parsing javadoc for Mono.Android.dll, however this work was done against the API 31 version of Mono.Android.dll. There are a handful of new errors/exceptions introduced when generating docs against API 33 that should be fixed. We should also try to update the API docs generation pipeline to produce a warning or error when these issues are seen in the build log.
