Draft, intentionally resliced. This PR now contains only the core Den Web marketplace-creation flow. The earlier extension-platform, MCP, API, database, migration, import, and evaluation changes have been removed from the PR diff.

Summary

Adds a small administrator-only creation flow to the existing Marketplaces page. It uses the marketplace API already present on dev and leaves the newer MCP creation, discovery, OAuth, credential, and editing implementation unchanged.

Features

• Shows a New marketplace action to organization administrators.
• Opens a focused dialog for a required name and optional description.
• Creates the marketplace through the existing POST /v1/marketplaces endpoint.
• Refreshes the marketplace list and opens the new marketplace after creation.
• Displays server errors in the dialog and prevents duplicate submission while creation is pending.
• Keeps marketplace creation unavailable to non-admin members in the UI.

Scope

The comparison with dev contains exactly two Den Web files:

• marketplace-data.tsx: the create mutation and marketplace-list refresh.
• marketplaces-screen.tsx: the administrator action and creation dialog.

There are no MCP, API, schema, migration, credential, plugin-instance, desktop, or evaluation changes in this PR.

MCP non-regression

The branch includes current dev at 6dd0b6848, including the latest MCP credential autofill protection. Verified on the synchronized head:

• Den Web typecheck passed.
• 51 focused tests passed across MCP smart-add, URL discovery, OAuth bootstrap and authorization safety, connection editing, scope selection, marketplace MCP readiness, and credential autofill protection.
• Diff whitespace check passed.

Manual verification still requested

1. Sign in as an organization administrator and open Marketplaces.
2. Select New marketplace, enter a name and optional description, and create it.
3. Confirm the new marketplace detail page opens and the marketplace appears in the list.
4. Sign in as a non-admin member and confirm the creation action is not shown.

The live browser journey has not been run in this pass, so the PR remains draft.
