docs: ROADMAP Done table omits the #212 completion (PR #213) #215

Description

Summary

ROADMAP.md's Done table does not record the completion of #212 itself.

Evidence (verified on current main, commit c1fb1596d5)

This is the same self-omission pattern as #187, #202, #208 and #212: each ROADMAP-recording PR adds rows for the completions it was filed about, but not for itself, so the Done table is always exactly one recording round behind.

Why it matters

The Done table is the fork's record of completed work (see the ROADMAP header: sources include "the merged PRs"). A table that systematically omits its own most recent update misstates what has shipped and forces the next reader to cross-check git history to trust any row.
