config(opencode): re-enable claude-code provider - #6471

Claude Max enabled on the account; the one-line switchboard flip deletes claude-code from disabled_providers. Seats already in place: haiku-plan / sonnet-plan / opus-plan all lead with their claude-code leaf (specialist head via sonnet-plan, summit head via opus-plan). No route edits - speed/workhorse claude membership unchanged. Credential ~/.claude/.credentials.json live-probed at enable time.

claude-codefromdisabled_providers) plus a dated note recording the enablement and the still-open haiku-plan lead-order question (issue #1132 / ledger haiku-plan-claude-code-reenable-order).Route membership (verified in config, unchanged by this PR):
No new seats added to speed/workhorse per Drews order; specialist and summit already seat Claude via their plan routes. Credential: native provider reads ~/.claude/.credentials.json in place; OAuth path live-probed (Claude Code CLI headless call succeeded) before the flip.
