Repo rename follow-through for dezren39/nix -> dezren39/darwin-nix (renamed on GitHub 2026-11-04).

Functional constants only:

• pkgs/fleet fleet-queue validator FLEET_REPOS (packet repo allowlist)
• pm-stack dispatch config: FLEET_REPOS, REPO_QUEUES key (queue name repo-health-nix-pilot unchanged), REPO_DIRS key (local path ~/git/nix unchanged), APP_INSTALLED_REPOS
• pm-stack aggregator: model repo list, project-config NIX const (drives tracked/editorial refs), sources/live.ts repo map + TITLE_REPO_ALIASES target, sources/fixtures, ready-for-agent config, kaneo-projects, projector .env.example
• Test expectations updated where they assert the repo identity (dispatch config, needs-drew census, projects/program registries, titleRefs alias attribution). Explicit historical refs in text (dezren39/nix#NNN quoted from old titles) still pass through verbatim and their tests are unchanged.

Deliberately NOT changed: narrative prose in project-config.ts / program.ts / READMEs (dated lineage text), mcpx docs/decisions (historical issue references), grist/pad seed data. Existing Supabase task dedupe keys keep the old repo segment (history); new packets validate against the new name.

Verified on the laptop: bun test aggregator/test dispatch/test — failure set is a subset of clean main's pre-existing/flaky failures (zero rename-caused failures remaining); cargo test -p fleet-queue compiles/passes. Committed via the GitHub API because laptop git push auth is down today (keyring locked); local commit 8c0b97659d3e has identical content.

Preserve roadmap attribution for the renamed repository

When using the shipped Grist seed or an existing roadmap initialized from it, this rename removes the Nix roadmap row from its fleet repository card. pm-stack/grist/seed/roadmap.json still names the row Repo fleet — dezren39/nix, while buildProjectDetail in project-config.ts:836–837 attributes rows only when their title contains the exact card repository or a link starts with that repository's ref prefix. The unchanged row satisfies neither condition for dezren39/darwin-nix, so the card now displays no roadmap work despite the row remaining present. Normalize the historical repository alias during attribution or migrate the roadmap data alongside this constant.
