Queue task 3026, follow-up from triage task 2415 on #1127.

The 2026-10-27 taxonomy pass (note on #1127) executed the integration externally — Project #4 Area mcpx created with all 5 open mcpx issues as pool items, Grist 'Program roadmap' rows 24-27 added under Area mcpx and already served by /api/roadmap.json — but the dashboard code was never wired to it: the mcpx ProjectConfig still had poolArea: null / roadmapArea: null, so /program/mcpx rendered the 'No dedicated Project Area yet' / 'No Grist roadmap area yet' gaps and 0 counts.

Changes (only the mcpx entry + aggregator tests):

• pm-stack/aggregator/src/project-config.ts: mcpx poolArea: "mcpx", roadmapArea: "mcpx" (exact strings verified from the taxonomy-pass note); dashboardLinks gain the Projects-pool link and the unlinked source docs — pkgs/mcpx/TODO.md, pkgs/mcpx/ASSESSMENT.md, pkgs/mcpx/docs/compare/, pkgs/mcpx/daemon/README.md; the stale 'No Project Area or roadmap area yet' editorial gap is rewritten to the remaining truthful gap (nix-side backlog not yet re-homed, mcpx: re-home the open mcpx backlog from dezren39/nix, with this repo as the single source #309).
• pm-stack/aggregator/test/program.test.ts: summaries test now feeds fixture mcpx pool items + two mcpx roadmap rows (the in-repo Grist seed predates live rows 24-27, so they are added in-test) and asserts poolTotal/roadmapRows = 2; the render test asserts the page no longer contains the null-area gap text and instead states the empty-feed banners, and that the TODO.md link renders.

No other project entry changes; no Project #4 or Grist writes. Tests run in CI on this PR (fleet CI-first policy).
