Every state here was verified by paired GraphQL + REST reads on 2026-10-27: #229, #257, #292, #227, #551, #1076, #1077 closed as COMPLETED; PR #255 closed unmerged; #241, #308, #309, #310, #311, #237 verified OPEN and their rows are untouched. Changes: ROADMAP Now item 1 keeps only #241; id.md CI row links only #241, the validation row drops #1076/#1077, the journal row (#227) is removed; repo-and-ci.md drops the #257 row; mcpx Next rows link #1384/#1414. Program tending, 2026-10-27 (tracking: #1352). This PR supersedes #1419, which was closed without merging: its removals rested on batch issue-state reads that turned out to be fabricated. Every state below was verified by paired GraphQL + REST reads on 2026-10-27.
