Add the stylesheet to the unknown-project 404, and assert it in the test.

The unknown-project branch returns a raw fragment with status 404 and no stylesheet. The test named unknown project page is a styled 404; a known project stays 200 (#1186) asserts only the status, Not found, no project with id, and the known-project response. The assertions match the raw fragment, so the test passes without any styling.

The 404 branch calls html(...) directly and does not call layout(. Only layout() adds <style>${CSS}</style>. The 404 response therefore renders without the application styles. The issue #1186 requirement preserves the styled Not-found page body, so this is a gap against the stated contract.

Route the 404 through layout(), then add an assertion that fails on the unstyled output:

Suggested fix
     expect(missingHtml).toContain("Not found");
     expect(missingHtml).toContain("no project with id");
+    expect(missingHtml).toContain("<style>");

layout() is not exported (pm-stack/aggregator/src/render.ts:206), so the production change needs an exported render helper or an exported layout. Keep the production fix and the assertion together. Renaming the test alone would remove the styling claim but would leave the #1186 styled-page requirement unmet.

Update the unknown-project 404 rendering to include the application stylesheet
using the existing layout mechanism, and extend the test around missingHtml to
assert that the response contains the stylesheet.
