   • Related: parent mcpx: anything as an MCP server -- scripts, bare binaries, recipes, plugins, as first-class namespaces #1875 (slices 1+3), tracker mcpx: extensibility -- plugins, hooks, tool sources, embedding (tracker) #1885, sibling split mcpx: generalised live add + generated declarations for bare binaries (split of #1875) #2118 (slices 4+5). A live fix task (3103) is already queued for this issue.
   • Notes: Still live — filed today by triage task 2769's split of mcpx: anything as an MCP server -- scripts, bare binaries, recipes, plugins, as first-class namespaces #1875, with evidence against main at 42796be (no recipe presence in internal/mcpserver/; no Runtime field in internal/adapter/adapter.go). Filed with no labels; normalized here.
   • Risks: Exposing recipes as tools touches the shared namespace/collision rules — reuse the landed adapter conventions rather than inventing a second scheme.
   • Suggested approach: Recipe tool exposure first (schemas already exist in internal/recipes/recipes.go), then the adapter runtime resolution for bash/python declarations.
