Program tending (developing-today/code#1352), 2026-10-29 run. Roadmap rows updated for work that landed in the 2026-10-28/29 window; every closure below was verified by paired gh (GraphQL) + gh api (REST) reads agreeing on CLOSED/COMPLETED. No Done rows added (roadmaps are forward-looking only).

Removed rows whose only linked issue closed COMPLETED: #78 (2026-10-28T21:21Z), #82 (2026-10-28T23:25Z), #81 (2026-10-28T22:54Z), #8 (2026-10-29T10:54Z), #19 (2026-10-29T02:06Z). Tables/headings left empty by those removals (Nested subsessions, mcpx integration, Plugin API) were tidied; the section prose describing the landed capabilities stays.
