Problem

Fixes #314

The ROADMAP Done table had no row for two completions merged on 2026-10-23:

1. fix(desktop): OPENCODE_DISABLE_EMBEDDED_WEB_UI is set on every launch but read nowhere — desktop servers serve the embedded web UI anyway #108 — fixed by PR fix(cli): honor OPENCODE_DISABLE_EMBEDDED_WEB_UI in the web UI handler #312 (squash c1d3d9a708): WebUi.handler now reads OPENCODE_DISABLE_EMBEDDED_WEB_UI, non-API paths 404 and assets are never loaded.
2. docs: ROADMAP Done table omits the #308 completion (PR #309) #310 — solved by PR docs(roadmap): record the #308 completion in Done (#310) #311 (squash 5e82dc7c73), which recorded the docs: ROADMAP Done table omits the #306 completion (PR #307) #308 completion. Per the table's one-step-lag convention, the docs: ROADMAP Done table omits the #308 completion (PR #309) #310 completion itself is recorded by the next row.

Verified on main 27e067f404: grep for 311/312 in ROADMAP.md returned nothing and the newest Done row was the #309 row.

Solution

ROADMAP.md only, +2 rows at the top of Done (newest first), in the table's established 92-char alignment:

• OPENCODE_DISABLE_EMBEDDED_WEB_UI now disables the web UI | 2026-10-23 | #312
• ROADMAP Done records the #308 completion | 2026-10-23 | #311

No other ROADMAP content changes (diff is exactly those two insertions).

Tests

Docs-only change. The diff was verified line-by-line before opening; both rows match the existing column widths.

Infra note: GitHub Actions has produced zero runs repo-wide since 2026-10-23T00:13Z (verified fresh via the Actions API before opening this PR — newest run is still the 00:13:24Z close-prs run), the same stall noted on PRs #312/#313. This PR is being merged on CodeRabbit + CLEAN/MERGEABLE per that docs-only precedent; if Actions recovers and flags anything, it will be fixed in a follow-up.

Single-repo: ROADMAP.md exists only in this repo.

Duplicate of #315, which the creator lane opened a minute earlier (2026-10-23T06:00:49Z) with the same two Done rows for #314 (only the #108 row's title wording differs). Closing this PR in favour of #315 to avoid a double-merge race; #315 will be merged instead.
