docs: ROADMAP Done table omits the #423 and #422 completions (PRs #424 and #425) #426

Problem

The ROADMAP Done table omits two completions from 2026-10-25:

• docs: ROADMAP Done table omits the #420 completion (PR #421) #423 (docs: ROADMAP Done omits the docs: ROADMAP Done table omits the #418 completion (PR #419) #420 completion), completed by PR docs: record the #420 completion in ROADMAP Done #424, merged 2026-10-25T07:46:57Z (squash 148cd64), issue auto-closed.
• fix(schema): ModelAlias bare scoped alias target is misrouted when its variant contains a / — slash test looks past the # #422 (fix(schema): ModelAlias bare scoped alias target misrouted when its variant contains a /), completed by PR fix(schema): test scoped alias slash only before the variant separator #425, merged 2026-10-25T08:06:12Z (squash 6facd23), issue auto-closed.

Evidence (verified on main 6facd2300d)

• grep -c "423\|424\|422\|425" ROADMAP.md = 0 — none of the four numbers appear anywhere in ROADMAP.md.
• The Done table head is still the docs: ROADMAP Done table omits the #418 completion (PR #419) #420-completion row (Result docs: record the #418 completion in ROADMAP Done #421).
• Both PRs verified MERGED and both issues verified CLOSED via separate fresh gh calls.

Acceptance criteria

• ROADMAP Done table head gains a row for the fix(schema): ModelAlias bare scoped alias target is misrouted when its variant contains a / — slash test looks past the # #422 completion with Result fix(schema): test scoped alias slash only before the variant separator #425.
• ROADMAP Done table gains a row for the docs: ROADMAP Done table omits the #420 completion (PR #421) #423 completion with Result docs: record the #420 completion in ROADMAP Done #424, below the fix(schema): test scoped alias slash only before the variant separator #425 row (newest first).
• No other ROADMAP content changes.
